A market-leading HR SaaS platform (Prescreen.io) needed to embed robust analytics capabilities to provide users (HR professionals) with key recruitment insights directly within their workflow, enhancing product value and stickiness.

Project Overview

While Product Manager at Prescreen.io, I managed the development and launch of a significant business intelligence feature embedded within the core recruitment SaaS application, targeting tens of thousands of HR users across Europe.

Work Done

Discovery & Definition: Led customer discovery efforts (interviews, surveys) to define key recruitment analytics needs. Translated needs into feature requirements and user stories.
Design & Prototyping: Created UX flows and mockups for the BI dashboards and reporting interfaces.
Agile Product Ownership: Managed the product backlog, prioritized features, and collaborated daily with the Scrum development team to ensure alignment with user needs and business goals.
Process Improvement: Identified and helped implement improvements to the team’s Scrum practices.
Mentorship: Coached junior product and design team members contributing to the project.
