Project Overview
While serving as Project Manager at ibis acam, Austria’s largest private educational provider, I led the crucial requirements definition phase for Aspidoo.com. This project involved creating Austria’s first digital marketplace for educational offerings, requiring detailed specifications derived from a high-level concept over a nine-month period.
Work Done
- Project Leadership: Managed the end-to-end requirements gathering and documentation process.
- Stakeholder Facilitation: Conducted workshops engaging C-level executives, middle management, and operational staff to ensure comprehensive input and buy-in.
- Specification Development: Created detailed user personas, user stories, user flow diagrams, success metrics, and UX/UI mockups.
- Agile Implementation: Introduced and established Agile development principles and practices within the product department.
- HR Tech (Side Project): Concurrently managed the implementation of a separate HR technology tool to optimize the company’s internal recruitment workflow.
